By accessing and using KualitySoft services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

KualitySoft provides software testing and quality assurance services, including but not limited to, manual testing, automation testing, performance testing, and QA consulting.

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our services are offered on a subscription or project basis. Fees are billed in advance as per the agreed-upon terms. All fees are non-refundable, except when required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall KualitySoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
